Åland Convention Bureau (ÅCB) is a new agency that specialises in conferences, congresses and events. ÅCB provides neutral and free advice to anyone planning to organise national or international events in Åland.

Åland Convention Bureau’s help includes:

• working with the organisers to identify and explore their needs and the possibilities Åland has to offer. We also draw up a plan of future activities including a timetable.
• making preliminary bookings of facilities and accommodation
• making a rough plan of the event programme including any supplementary programmes
• drawing up a budget
• producing appropriate marketing material to present Åland as a meeting venue
• (e.g. PowerPoint presentation, photo and film content, flyers, bid book)
• organising viewings for key people
